Personally, I like to have in my hands the manga/book/magazine to read, but I have to be realistic, in my country you cant find a lot of manga...only the most famous, so the only way I have to read is manga online. And I will never buy anything by internet...I don't feel it safe, so I only read online.
And if I found a manga that I already read online, I'm not going to buy it unless the manga was fantastic!

But I like your style, you are very good at manga! So you should keep going and try your best. I'm sure you will sell a lot of mangas in the future!!!

Hugs for you!!!

If I could see a sample of it and I liked the look ok it, then I'd definately consider buying it. But if all of it was posted online I wouldnt buy it because there'd be no point to it.

I agree><. I've thought long and hard about this, though, and at this point, I don't think I'm really popular or good enough to sell doujinshi online. I already know that the last one was a total miss. I didn't sell one copy online. Maybe I'll have better luck in the future><.

the most important thing is not to give up! with things like getting published and selling your work, you need to keep at it or you'll not get anywhere :tighthug:

Hehe, I get really discouraged before a convention. It makes me realise how mediocre my art is-_-. It's frustrating because I work really hard on these manga, and my improvement is so slow...

dont be so hard on yourself! youre always going to feel the pressure before you get on stage, as it were, and yes other people have great work as well, but having confidence in your own work is important. You've got a style which is unique to you, and your art is gorgeous :)

Thank you so much<3. I keep on trying. It's just a sort of depression some artists get before a con><.

I know I would tend to be less likely to buy it. At the same time, it's hard for me to make all of this manga and know that few people will ever see it><. I'm tempted to post it, but I don't want the fw people who do buy it to feel cheated because I posted it online.
